This is our most popular class!  Saturday April 11th, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m.

Class will last about 1 1/2 hours.  

Learn how to grow culinary and medicinal herbs in your herb or veggie garden, pots or flower beds!  You will go home with herbs, some culinary and some medicinal and fertilizer to care for them once they are home.  You will also go home with the knowledge on how to use your new herbs. We will have samples to try!  We will walk through the garden and identify several herbs.  This is a beautiful introduction to herbs.  You'll learn new skills to take home and apply. 

We have fun handouts for you this year with new information!  But, you'll want to bring a notebook regardless. You also get to take some living herbs home that we put together for you to grow in your own garden!  

We will provide an herb drink to quench your thirst and some snacks all made from organic herbs and ingredient’s and a light herb salad during our sit down part of the class, plus recipes for what is offered! 

Come participate, learn new skills and meet new people! 

Only those who are registered before class will be able to attend!  We do need to put herb kits together after all! 

Classes will be at Ali's Organic Garden & Homestead.  Come through the farm stand at roadside and back to the orchard.  

Please Note: Our classes are Non-refundable.    We grow herbs for you...for this class!  If you can not attend, we will defiantly give you all the herbs and materials for this class or you may find someone to take your spot!
