Complete Disease Controls plant diseases in organic home garden! OMRI Listed. Foliar Spray or soil drench. For control of plant diseases in gardens, vegetables, ornamental and fruit trees, shrubs, lawns, flowers, bedding plants and potted ornamental plants. For control of powdery mildew, leaf spots anthracnose, gray mold and others. Mix 1 teaspoon of disease control per gallon of water and apply directly to plants using sprayer. For drench application, mix 1 teaspoon per gallon of water and apply to the soil. Follow labeled instructions for more information. Comes in 1 pint concentrate, 8 oz concentrate, 32oz ready to use, or 32 oz ready to spray. Active Ingredient: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain D747.
