Drip Tape 1/4" Barb with Valve

This barb fitting has a shutoff valve that can turn off individual lines to drip tape.  Simply punch a hole in the mainline tubing and insert the barbed end into the punched hole, connect the drip tape to the tape end of the fitting.  

To create a tight seal, be sure the tape is warm and pliable before attaching the fittings.
