Rudolf radish has uniform 1" round crunch roots that resist getting pithy when grown in the cool weather of spring of fall. Nothing says spring in the garden like a quick to harvest radish. Radish greens are edible, too, and they pack a punch in salads but are also delicious sautéed. A 2008 Royal Horticultural Society award winner. Seeds are pelletized with an organic coating for easy handling.
