Turga Parsnip is an open pollinated, long season root crop that has a nutty, earthy, sweet flavor. Parsnips are great roasted, mashed and fried. Parsnips should be planted in the spring and take 120 days to mature. Parsnips will keep well into the fall and winter months. Parsnip seeds do not keep well, so use them up within a year of purchase.
